SWISSÔTEL, GURGAON:
Luxury Business Hotel Project

KOHLI ONE is developing a 225-240 room luxury business hotel in Gurgaon as a part of its 10.5 acre mixed useproject located on the Golf Course Extension Road. KOHLI ONE is happy to announce that Swissôtel, the Zurich based hospitality company has been chosen as a partner to manage & operate the new hotel property. Construction on the hotel project is to start shortly with an expected opening in 2013. The hotel will have 25,000 sq. ft of conference & banquet space and will boast a 13,000 Sq Ft. spa and fitness center. The hotel is being designed by internationally renowned architecture and interior hotel design firm BBG-BBGM from the USA.
