Mr. SUDARSHAN KOHLI
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Sudarshan Kohli is Chairman of the Board of Kohli One, a major real estate developer in the New Delhi and Gurgaon areas. The Company has and is actively developing projects in South New Delhi ; Sohna Road, Gurgaon ; Golf Course Road, Gurgaon and in the new sectors in the new Urban Gurgaon-Manesar Master plan. Mr. Sudarshan Kohli started his Real Estate career in Los Angeles, California, USA and has over 20 years of experience in real estate development. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from India, a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the USA.

Mr. SAMEER KOHLI
VICE-CHAIRMAN
Mr. Sameer Kohli joined the company in 2002 and is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Kohli One. He Graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate & Law and with a Minor Degree in Real Estate. After graduation he worked at Thomas Properties Group, one of the largest commercial real estate developers on the west coast of the United States where he analysed and helped invest over $1.3 Billion in commercial real estate investments.
