A leading real estate development company started by Mr. Sudarshan Kohli who has over 20 years of experience in real estate development. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from India , a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the USA. Mr. Kohli started his real estate career in the USA in Los Angeles, California. After moving back to India, He started development on his first Indian real estate project, Westend Greens, a 150 acre country estates project in New Delhi. Located just minutes from the New Delhi international airport, Westend Greens boasts of approximately 50 country estates, each built on two and half acre plots. Mr. Kohli’s grand vision was to make Westend Greens a residential area with large open spaces, abundant greenery and foliage and a clean environment, all right in the middle of a bustling metropolis. Today, the Westend Greens project is valued at over 300 million dollars and is considered to be the most sought after residential address in New Delhi and is home to many of the city’s upper crust.

Mr. Kohli’s next project was Malibu Towne, the first American styled, ‘behind the gates’ township. Located on the prestigious Sohna Road in Gurgaon, on the outskirts of New Delhi, Malibu Towne is only a 20 minute drive from the New Delhi International Airport. Malibu Towne differentiates itself from the rest by having a typical Californian layout complete with cul-de-sacs, wide roads, lush green areas and parks, and a peaceful and clean environment. The township is approximately 200 acres in size and has 900 single family homes, 400 condominiums in 5 high rise towers (14 Storeys each), 350 condominiums in multiple low rise buildings (3 Storeys each), a country club with tennis courts and a swimming pool, a community shopping centre, schools and a hospital. The project sold out in record time at its launch and is today valued at almost 800 million dollars. Malibu Towne is home to over 1000 families and is still growing.

Now, Mr. Kohli has brought all his real estate know how and experience under one roof, KOHLI ONE (Kohli One Housing and Development Pvt. Ltd) to pursue his quest to specialize in and develop large top of the line projects of International standards and to commit to delivering the highest quality residential and commercial developments. Currently, KOHLI ONE, has been strategically locating and acquiring large parcels of land in the NCR of New Delhi and is already in the process of developing commercial office parks, SEZs, hotels, and residential plotted development.
